Jen has 20 years of experience in client support, delivery, and operations across multiple industries, including six years in specialty pharma. At Apollo Care, she leverages her operational expertise to create a differentiated client experience that streamlines onboarding, simplifies day-to-day operational needs, and ensures clients receive agile, responsive support.

Jen holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Mike brings extensive financial leadership experience, having served as CFO and adviser to several specialty pharmaceutical companies. He has a strong track record of driving innovation in gross-to-net optimization, revenue management, and corporate operations. At Apollo Care, Mike leads the finance and accounting teams, supporting growth and strategic decision-making across the organization.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan.

Ben is an accomplished and dynamic leader with more than 15 years of experience successfully launching companies, transforming performance, and accelerating growth within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.

Ben has led numerous pharma and pharma services companies, building teams and systems that integrate commercial, finance, and technology to drive measurable success. Ben began his career in pharma at Horizon Therapeutics as General Manager of the Primary Care business unit as well as head of strategy and analytics. Ben has founded more than 10 healthcare companies, overseen performance improvements of 5-15x across 10 different pharmaceutical therapeutic areas, pioneered numerous first-to-market tools and innovative commercial models, and led acquisitions of pharma products and companies across the healthcare value chain.

Ben serves on multiple boards across the pharmaceutical, technology, and nonprofit sectors and holds an MBA, a Master of Engineering Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University.

Steve has over 15 years of commercial leadership experience at both pharma companies and boutique services firms that work with specialty pharmaceutical companies on developing and executing commercial strategies. At Apollo Care, Steve applies his deep commercial experience to build best-in-class patient access tools to support industry-leading brands.

Steve holds an MBA from the Wharton School and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from the University of Utah.

Jeff has more than 10 years of pharma analytics experience across multiple therapeutic areas, along with expertise in data, technology, and commercial analytics in multiple industries. At Apollo Care, he leads the Data, Technology, and Analytics team, building scalable platforms and systems that enable advanced analytics to power patient access solutions.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Computing & Information Sciences from Northwestern University.

Shane brings over 30 years of experience supporting patient access strategies in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry. With his extensive experience in numerous product launches across a range of therapeutic areas, Shane applies his extensive understanding of current market challenges to ensure that manufacturers are able to deliver on their commitments to patient access and affordability. At Apollo Care, Shane partners with clients to understand their unique circumstances and identify opportunities where Apollo Care’s tools, technologies, and solutions can help drive strategic change and unlock growth for our clients.

Shane holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Mathematics from Vermont State University.

Austin has over 10 years of experience spanning management consulting and healthcare technology ventures. Over his career, he has launched startups focused on creating gross-to-net impact through innovation in the patient access space, expanding copay assistance capabilities while mitigating traditional sources of program inefficiency and leakage. At Apollo Care, Austin oversees the product roadmap and leads development of advanced capabilities to address the next generation of challenges facing doctors, patients, and pharmaceutical manufacturers.

Austin holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and a minor in Business Administration from the University of Michigan.

Blaire has more than 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having started her career as a sales representative who won multiple President’s Club awards. She transitioned to a patient access role after recognizing the importance and value of putting patients first. At Apollo Care, Blaire helps the team develop solutions that enable clients to support patients in sustainable ways.

Blaire holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Psychology from the University of Kansas.

Ruth brings a wealth of legal experience, serving both as external counsel and in-house as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary to publicly traded and privately held companies spanning across healthcare, telecommunications, and business-to-business services. At Apollo Care, she leads the legal and corporate governance functions, shaping the organization’s framework to support growth, innovation, and compliance.

Ruth holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Hunter College 

Jen brings over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and Business Operations from several different industries and sectors, including startups, non-profits, and professional services. At Apollo Care, Jen is responsible for talent acquisition and development, compensation planning, employee relations, culture, and engagement, and acts as an inclusive resource for team members.

Jen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Pacific Lutheran University.
